My name is Matt Wetzel. I am an IT Support Specialist with 3 years of professional experience at the City of Sandy Springs, where I provide mission-critical technical support for municipal operations, which include the Police and Fire Departments. I specialize in modernizing endpoint management, having successfully implemented Windows Autopilot in a Hybrid Azure AD Join environment to streamline device deployment. I am highly proficient in Entra identity management, Intune, and the creation of custom software packages. I am a dedicated problem-solver who takes full ownership of the incident lifecycle to see through that essential city services remain operational.
